Cleaning service fee
• There is an obligatory one time cleaning fee of 40 euros for the end of your stay that must be paid on arrival. For more details about the cleaning service fee see House Rules. Additional cleaning services can be organized on arrival.

Booking fee
• To cover management costs for the reservations there is a one time, non refundable, fee of 10 euros.

Breakage or damaged deposit
• On arrival there is an obligatory 200 euros deposit, required in CASH. If all goes well and there is no breakage or damage in the apartment, this deposit will be returned in CASH upon check-out.

Late arrival and Early Departure Surcharges
• Arrivals after 22:00Hs and Departures before 09:00Hs have to pay a surcharge of 30.00 euros (this surcharges must be paid to the receptionist in cash).

Late check-out surcharge
• If for whatever reason the client is not ready to leave at the agreed check-out time and the owner or his representative must wait more than ten minutes, there will be an extra charge of 50 euros for every ten minutes or fraction of overtime.

Lost key surcharge
• For every set of keys lost there is a 50.00 euros surcharge.

Non refundable Pre-payment
• To complete and confirm a pre-reservation there is an obligatory non refundable pre-payment required.
